Jatbas' Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the Jatbas platform and its users. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

Jatbas is an internationally licensed online gaming platform built specifically to serve users in Bangladesh. We believe in transparency, security, and responsible gaming — values that underpin every policy we uphold.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on Jatbas, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, and contact details you register with must match your official ID.

• Only one account is permitted per person.
• Creating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or rented by a third party.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility; do not share them with anyone.
• A valid government-issued ID must be submitted as part of the KYC verification process.

Jatbas may request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the Jatbas platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older — this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own financial decisions.
• The account holder must be the rightful owner of the funds used.

Jatbas places the highest priority on age verification. Proof of age documents may be requested at registration or at any point thereafter.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on Jatbas are available via mobile banking and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in a secure, encrypted environment.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set within the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
• Jatbas reserves the right to freeze transactions if money laundering is suspected.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

• Specific wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus can be used.
• A bonus offer may not be used more than once.
• Members of the same household or users sharing a device may not claim the same offer more than once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Jatbas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Evidence of bonus abuse may result in account closure.

06 Games, Betting & Fair Play Rules

All games on Jatbas use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every game outcome is completely random and unbiased.

• If a technical issue affects a game outcome, that round may be declared void.
• Using any software or bot to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If a breach of game rules is proven, all winnings from that session may be forfeited.
• Match fixing or the use of insider information in Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets by exploiting a technical vulnerability in any game is prohibited.

The payout rate (RTP) for every game on Jatbas is publicly disclosed. These rates are regularly verified by independent bodies.

07 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jatbas platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Depositing funds through money laundering or illegal means.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Use of automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack into other members' accounts.
• Match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage in sports events.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing the Jatbas team.
• Playing on behalf of minors or helping them create accounts.

08 Data Protection & Privacy

Jatbas takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and follow strict data protection policies.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information is never shared without a legal obligation to do so.
• Your financial information is stored in an encrypted state at all times.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Jatbas reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activity.
• Failure to provide KYC verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Members may also request account closure themselves.

If a balance remains at the time of closure and no policy violations have occurred, arrangements will be made to return those funds.

11 Limitation of Liability

Jatbas strives to maintain the highest standard of service. However, limited liability provisions apply in certain circumstances:

• If a game or bet is cancelled due to an internet connection failure.
• Service disruptions caused by technical issues on the part of third-party providers.
• If an unexpected technical error causes a change in a game outcome.
• Losses resulting from issues with the user's own device or network.

12 Terms & Conditions Updates

Jatbas reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

For major changes, at least 14 days' notice will be provided. Continued use of the platform after any change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
